Compete with Confidence - Women's Gymnastics (WAG) Edition 11+

Competition isn’t just about scores - it’s about growth.

Compete With Confidence, Women's Artistic Gymnastics (11+ Edition) is a season-long competition mindset journal designed for gymnasts ages 11 and older who want to strengthen confidence, improve consistency, and take ownership of their performance.

Before each meet, athletes set intentions, check in with their mindset, and prepare mentally for competition.

During meets, they track scores, placements, performance highlights, lessons learned, and patterns that affect performance.

After competition, they reflect on pressure, confidence, growth, rebuilding, and how they want to move forward.

This journal helps athletes:

• Track scores, placements, and season progress
• Includes space for 10 regular-season meets and 4 Big Meet or Championship competitions
• Notice patterns in performance, pressure, and consistency
• Reflect on competition mindset and emotional resilience
• Build confidence through intentional reflection
• Strengthen leadership, teamwork, and self-awareness
• Navigate rebuilding after setbacks, injuries, fear, or difficult seasons
• Complete end-of-season reflections to recognize growth over time

The journal also includes tools from the Complete Inner Strength Toolbox™ to help athletes:
• regulate emotions
• reset after mistakes
• manage pressure
• strengthen confidence
• develop healthy mindset habits

Because confidence isn’t something you’re given.

It’s something you build; one meet at a time.
